In-text Citation Format and Example

(American InterContinental University [AIU], Year).

(American InterContinental University [AIU], 2014).

For all in-text citations after the first, use an abbreviation:

(AIU, 2014).

Note: If you are citing multiple different sources with the same author and publication year, you will add a letter (Starting with lowercase a) to the publication dates. Example: 2014a, 2014b, 2014c...
