Reminder: Pay attention to italics and capitalization. In your reference list, every line after the first line should be indented (as shown).

Note: When writing a citation for an AIU textbook, you should use the book publisher's name. In the example below, where it says 'Word of Wisdom, this publisher will change for each book, but you should still use the VitalSource URL for the book. 

Note: The APA Manual omits designations of business structure e.g., Inc., Ltd., LLC.

Author, A. A., & Author, B. B. (Year). Title of the book in italics. Publisher Name. VitalSource URL

Editorial Board. (2011). English composition. Words of Wisdom. https://bookshelf.vitalsource.com/

Note: For this book, "Editorial Board" is listed as the group author on the publication's title page.

In-text Citation Format and Example

Parenthetical citation: (Last Name, Year).

(Editorial Board, 2011).

Narrative citation: Last Name (Year)
