Library: AIU Citation Examples

*Reminder: Pay attention to italics and capitalization. When listing a citation in your reference list, every line after the first should be indented in (as shown).

Note: When writing a citation for an AIU textbook, you should use the book's publisher name where the below example says 'Word of Wisdom, LLC'. This will change for each book, but you should still use the vitalsource URL for the book. 

Reference Format and Example

Author, A. A., & Author, B. B. (Year). Title of the book in italics. Publisher Name. https://bookshelf.vitalsource.com/

Editorial Board. (2011). English composition. Words of Wisdom, LLC. https://bookshelf.vitalsource.com/

Note: For this book, "Editorial Board" is listed as the group author on the publication's title page.

In-text Citation Format and Example

(Author(s) last name(s), Year, p #).
