How do I cite a journal article in APA?

Answer

For citing a journal article you will need the following information: Article title, journal title, year of publication, the name of each author of the article, the volume and issue number of the journal, and either the webpage address (URL) of the journal it comes from or the DOI number. (Not all journal articles have a DOI number). You can find examples for proper formatting on this page.
