Why does my originality verification (OV) score say 'Error'?

| This message may appear if the file submitted isn't in one of the accepted file formats .(doc, .docx, .eps, .htm, .pdf, .ppt, .ppts, .pptx, .txt, .wpd, .xls, .xlsx), the file contains contains images or screenshots, or the system is down for maintenance. Note: Work submitted in the Submissions or Discussion Board (DB) area in which the score says "Pending" has been submitted for the instructor to view and is stamped with the date and time the file was submitted. |
