Why does my originality verification (OV) score say 'pending'?

| If the Originality Verification (OV) shows "Pending" this simply means that the OV system has not processed the document. This may take some time before a score is returned. Note: Work submitted in the Submissions or Discussion Board (DB) area in which the score says "Pending" has been submitted for the instructor to view and is stamped with the date and time the file was submitted. |
