Why am I getting an error while trying to reset my campus email password?

| The password to your campus email is the same as the one that is used to log into the Campus portal and is case sensitive. To reset your campus email password you will need to reset your Campus portal password. To reset your portal password: On the log-in page of the portal, click on Forgot Password Enter the personal email address that is on file with the school You will receive an email to that personal email account which contains a link After click the link, you will be prompted to create a new password Note: After updating the portal password, you will need to wait 30 minutes before attempting to log into your campus email address. |
