How do I take a screenshot on Mac or Windows computer?

| On PC (Windows-based) • Open the window/screen that you want to capture • Press the Print Screen key (PrtScn/Print Scrn) at the upper-right corner of your keyboard. (Depending on the type of keyboard, the exact Print screen key may slightly vary.) • Open the Paint or Microsoft Word program to paste the captured screen. You may use the shortcut keys CTRL + V or use the right click on your mouse and select Paste. On Mac • To capture the entire screen, press Shift-Command-3, then find the screenshot as a .png file on your desktop • To capture a window, press Shift + Command + 4 then press the Space bar. The pointer changes to a camera. Click a window to you want to capture. Find the screenshot as a .png file on your desktop. |
