How do I access, print, and download textbooks?

You should have access to textbooks from within the unit steps of your course. If you have trouble opening them or need to talk about other means of access, you should contact the bookstore 'Words of Wisdom' at 866-590-2486 or email them at aiuonlinebooks@wordsofwisdombooks.com. If you need help downloading textbooks, you should contact Technical Support at 877-221-5800 and select Option 5. Or email them at support@aiuonline.edu.
