If you are having trouble with those, I'm afraid you'll need to contact the AIU bookstore Words of Wisdom, at 866-590-2486 or email them at aiuonlinebooks@wordsofwisdombooks.com. They can help you with access to online textbooks or with ordering physical textbooks.
