What is the OV Score and why should I pay attention to it?

When you submit an assignment within the classroom, it is run through a program called Turnitin. Turnitin creates what is called the Originality Verification Score (OV Score), or how similar your paper is to other resources. This is an important tool that will indicate if you have enough of your own original content.
