My article isn’t downloading the RIS file in a Proquest database. It just spins and spins. What’s wrong?

This is a known glitch with ProQuest databases. Try opening the article in a different browser than you’re currently using. This tends to resolve the issue.  It may also help to try again in a few hours.

If you find you are unable to get the article after a few hours, contact the library at doctoralreference@coloradotech.edu.  We will see if we can download it for you and will also notify ProQuest of another instance of this ongoing issue.
