If the copyright date at the bottom of the website is the only date on the resource, it is acceptable to use that in your APA reference.

Consider whether a website with no date is a quality source for your purpose.  It may be, if the assignment is asking you to look for information you would find on a website.  But if you can find the same information in a higher quality source, like in the library collection, you probably should use that instead.
