First, try troubleshooting for the problem on your end.  Close the browser and open it fresh, or even restart your computer.  Ensure you are connected to the internet and everything is working normally.  It can often help to clear your cache and cookies.  Sometimes there is a glitch in the system that will resolve itself, so try again in a few minutes or a few hours.

If the problem persists, contact the Library team for any library resource that is not working as expected.  The more information you can provide, the faster we can troubleshoot and fix the issue.

  • If the link is in your classroom, please provide which course and where you found the link (like what assignment or unit, or if it was in an announcement).
  • If the link is in a Learning Center or the Library Guide, where specifically did you click?
  • If there is an error message, it is helpful to include a screenshot of the error including the URL at the top of the page.
