A bibliography is a list of resources, usually books or articles, usually listing the full APA reference of each item.  Annotation is when you add your summary or analysis to the list.  Most annotated bibliographies are course specific and have a template or description in the assignment, so consult with your instructor first.  See the Writing Support Center for more information.
