Occasionally something weird happens with the tutoring service. Maybe you have difficulty accessing a session or the tutor tells you something you think is not right.
Check the Tutoring Center to be sure you are accessing it correctly. You can also use the Support button in the tutoring service to contact their technical support if needed.
