Every student deals with stress and anxiety because of the added pressure of school on top of their job and family responsibilities. The Student Success Center provides resources to help with things like study skills, stress management, time management, note taking tips, and more.

There is also information to help with mental health, student assistance programs to find support like shelter and food, and many resources concerning physical and mental health.  Find resources to help transition from military life, how to set up a home office, helping children through tough times, and much more.

While these resources might give you ideas of where to seek help beyond CTU, please also be sure to contact your Student Success Coach and/or your instructor if you are dealing with anything that is affecting your school work.  They can offer assistance to help you through a tough time, whatever it is.  They are here to help you succeed; don't hesitate to let them!
